When you place an order, we will calculate shipping cost based on the weight, the destination zip code, and the type of shipping service selected.
Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground. You may choose to expedite your order if needed. Below you will find an estimated time table for ground shipping from our central shipping facility.
Orders placed by 2pm EST being shipped FedEx Ground will ship same day.
Orders that are being shipped FedEx Express (2nd day, standard & priority overnight) must be placed by 1pm EST able to ship same day.

All orders are shipped daily Monday thru Friday. Orders that are placed after hours, weekends, or holidays will ship out the next business day.
Heat Sealers ship directly from the manufacturer and may arrive separately from your stock bag order.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise the customer is responsible for all shipping charges for the returned items. There will be no cross shipping. Replacement items will not be shipped until the returned items are received. If the customer needs replacement items immediately, they must pay for the replacement order in full. Credit for the original order will be issued once the return shipment is received.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
All stock merchandise is warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 months from the date of the original invoice. All heat seal machines including the hand-held heat sealer and parts are subject to a 3-month limited warranty. Warranty does not apply to clearance or discontinued items. Any merchandise that is defective due to mistreatment, neglect, improper use, or physical damage will not be covered under the warranty. All defective items under the warranty will be replaced with the same styles/size/color only. If the item is discontinued, a similar item will be sent, or we will offer a refund. There will be no cross shipping. Replacement items will not be shipped until the returned items are received. If the customer needs replacement items immediately, they must pay for the replacement order in full. Credit for the original order will be issued once the return shipment is received.
